Happy Wednesday!
It’s hump day and i’m already looking forward to the weekend because that will bring our BIG move to Long Island City, sunshine, and a great Mothers Day 4 mile race with NYRR! Last night’s Cinco de Mayo dinner was absolutely fabulous but i’ll post all the details once Bo gets home since the pics are on his iphone. Needless to say we both enjoyed our late dinner thoroughly and we even started the party earlier on our new porch overlooking the river and Manhattan! Bo surprised me with a cold beer and chips on the balcony! Cheers to our new place!

e that it hurt me to think that she couldn’t participate in an event she’d so been looking forward to for the last few months. While $120 is a lot for one person it’s not a lot for the blog community! I would love to start a sponsorship for her so that she can run with Meghann and the other hot chicks who will be in San Diego the end of this month. Just think, if each person donated $5 it would only take 20 people! I know we can all manage a little something towards her cause. Think of all the workout tips, recipes, and healthy living ideas you’ve gained from her? If you’re interested, please leave me a post and as soon as I figure out how to set up a paypal or some other type of account i’ll have another post. I like all the free Oprah podcasts from her spirit network on ITunes… this morning I really enjoyed the podcast about Kristin and how she became raw, what raw means etc (i linked to her in my post)… I like either being uplifted or learning things. I think the positive one’s help keep my brain all happy and thus my feet moving!
I can’t believe you have to drive all that way! Thank goodness that will be over soon. And that’s awesome that ya’ll are going to do the 9 races this year! I finally got my guaranteed entry for 2009 after having been rejected for 3 years. Only problem is that we are going to Hawaii for 2 weeks like a month beforehand! Talk about throwing a kink into the training schedule!

Thanks for all the tips- it is so hard to stay healthy on the go. However, I find with a little planning I can stay healthier than at home because I’m more busy so I don’t snack all day 🙂 (sometimes).
I think this is one of the healthiest vegetables. It always helps satisfies my hunger and doesn’t have much calories versus the amount.
