14.4 miles DONE!

14.4 miles done!!!

We’re heading back into the city to meet friends for drinks and dinner but I wanted to share some pictures I took during my long run today. I took a page from Ashley’s book and enjoyed the run by taking pictures throughout the run. It was a blast and really helped me focus on my surrounding even more! After the 14.4 mile run (which was definitely a personal distance record for me) I also took my first ice bath. Cold but AMAZING! A full recap will come later! Huge shout out to fellow runners today Kath (Charlotte Race Fest Half), Ashley, Caitlin, and others who ran the 15k! (pics are in reverse order! oops) 14.3 MILES DONE!!!     Oh girl. My 24 oz tumbler is my best friend. And it's got a Georgia G AND my monogram… I seriously love it.

    I never knew they were a Southern thing! I LOVE them! I even bought my Wisconsin-native boyfriend some with the Green Bay logo on them for his birthday. Long live Tervis!

    I never knew they were a Southern thing until I moved to NYC! Here they call them Starbucks wannabees.

    Love the Tervis Tumblers! Great post. But you forgot to mention they are the PERFECT tailgating cup for those "Southern Football" games. They solve the condensation problem! 🙂

    The husband and I got matching 24 oz. tumblers for Christmas this year (mine has the Mets logo, his has an old school Bills logo), and we love them!

    I'm pretty sure they sell them at Bed Bath and Beyond up north…I saw some with initials and beach chairs a few weeks ago!

    I am originally from FLA – I was brought up with these; however, ours did have a Gator head rather than Dawg!
    Love it!
