I can’t work out in cotton at all anymore! I feel suffocated! Glad to hear I’m not the only one who must have moisture wicking workout gear:) I think your times are awesome by the way… but, I’m a MUCH slower runner! Running in CA, who cares about pace when you have such beautiful scenery to enjoy and begin your day with!
I meant to post on your last post about being scared to run in SF. I was there a few weeks ago for a meeting and got up early and ran through the streets and it was so fun! From the looks of it, we did a similar run and people were friendly, the weather was perfect and the day started off right. I had planned to run 4 miles but made a wrong turn and ended up with 6! I’ll be at the NYC Marathon too! One month away–how exciting!

I used to run in cotton t shirts when I started running , but once summer came by I understood the need for moisture wicking gear …Ashely I have question .. Looks like you are very busy with travelling for work and stress from the job .. etc.. How do you manage to fit a workout schedule especially for a marathon into it . I signed up for my first half marathon , got my training started , it went well , i was pretty optimistic , but the last couple of weeks has been so crazy at work , late nights and early mornings .. I am out of energy to run 8 or 9m , and now reevaluating my goal of a half marathon … 🙁 , I really want to do it , I don’t think I am prepared for it .. Any tips ?? or even a post sometime on how you manage workouts when your schedule gets crazy would be great … Hope you have a wonderful day.

Sounds like a fabulous run! I love checking out new cities on foot!
I can’t run in cotton anymore. It’s so uncomfortable.
